H.R.2102/S. 1032, Major Richard Star Act (Senate amendment)
Ends the unjust offset that prevents combat-injured, medically retired veterans from receiving both military retirement pay and VA disability compensation. Veterans who earned both deserve both.
H.R.4837, Written Informed Consent Act, would require clear written information before VA prescribes certain psychiatric medications.
H.R.2623, Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence Act of 2025, would create five VA centers to expand access to cutting-edge PTSD treatments.
H.R.1965, Veteran Education Assistance Adjustment Act, would adjust the book stipend to $1,400 and tie future increases to inflation, ensuring this vital benefit keeps pace with the real cost of education.
